I joined Cash App in 2021, and picking up the Cash App Wisdom series was one of my first projects. The goal was to give our customers tangible information to navigate Cash App that didn’t read like a support page.

We framed them as a giveaway to encourage customers to share in their feeds.

These were highly successful in mitigating support inquiries and generating positive social sentiment.

And as the series evolved, we also experimented with shorter forms. These live on the internet, after all.
